Conditions
We cover:
- help with transportation
- accommodation and food (and accessories and personal clothing, if necessary). Note: We can host one artist with one child.
- pocket money of 400 euros/month/artist
- production support and materials to develop artwork
Important: artists must be displaced from the war in Ukraine

Dates and deadlines
Immediate reception: from the 10th of April until the end of September 2022. The duration of the residency is 4 months with a possibility to extend it to 6 months depending on the organization’s resources.
We are thankful to our partners Ideias Emergentes and Contextile biennial for initiating this program as a response to the war in Ukraine. These two Residences are carried out in partnership with the Municipality of Guimarães and the Municipality of Fafe, which assume the reception logistics and the legal procedures of authorization and “temporary residence title”.
