The concert of the project Oleksandr Seleznov etc. will feature the author’s energetic jazz-fusion compositions from the new album “The Story Goes On”, as well as tracks from the debut EP “Freedom”, which was included in the top 10 best Ukrainian albums of 2020 according to the “Aprize” award from Radio Aristocrats.
The project’s founder is Oleksandr Selezniov, a Ukrainian drummer and percussionist known for his collaboration with many Ukrainian and foreign artists, including: Yevhen Khmara, MamaRika, Oleksandr Polozhynskyi, Rowan Pattison, Jamala, and others. He is the author of the first Ukrainian drumming textbook – “#I_am_drummer. The Super Method of Drumming” and a scholarship holder of the Gaude Polonia 2021 program.
Today, the musician serves in the Orchestra of the Honor Guard of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, using his talents to encourage his comrades and develop military creativity.
