Art Mediator
An Art Mediator is responsible for engaging with visitors in the exhibition spaces of the art center. The main goal is to foster a deeper understanding of the exhibition context: outlining curatorial approaches, explaining the structure and logic of the display, and introducing audiences to the works and practices of the participating artists. The role involves active communication and continuous interaction with visitors in the exhibition space.
Responsibilities:
- Reviewing and studying exhibition materials
- Conducting guided tours of the exhibition
- Assisting visitors with navigation within the space
- Participating in the organization of exhibition-related events
- Collaborating with the technical team: turning media equipment on/off and monitoring its proper functioning throughout the exhibition
Requirements:
- Knowledge of Ukrainian and international art history
- Understanding of contemporary art in Ukraine
- Strong communication skills and willingness to learn
- Ability to engage in dialogue
- Punctuality and responsibility
- English proficiency at Upper Intermediate (B2) level

Electrician
Responsibilities:
- Ensuring uninterrupted operation of electrical networks and installations
- Maintenance, operation, and ongoing repair of internal and external electrical systems and equipment
- Ability to read electrical diagrams and basic knowledge of automation
- Ensuring proper condition, safe, and reliable operation of equipment, electrical systems, and generators
- Ability to work with hand and power tools
- Participation in general maintenance tasks
- Assisting with technical electrical setup of spaces for exhibitions and other events
Requirements:
- Knowledge of electrical engineering standards and regulations
- Responsible approach to assigned tasks
Working conditions:
- 40-hour work week
- Personal workspace, staff parking, kitchen, shower, free access to art center events, and involvement in Jam Factory Art Center programs
- Provision of uniform, tools, equipment, and machinery
- Training and onboarding provided
