On November 30, Lviv will host a jazz concert by Maryan Karpinskyi Experience — an instrumental and improvisational journey where music of freedom, trust, and experimentation is born.
TicketsMaryan Karpinskyi describes his music as “Drohobych fusion” — a blend of jazz, funk, rock, baroque, folklore, and philosophy that guides the listener through fundamental human themes.
This time, the trio will perform in the following lineup:
- Maryan Karpinskyi — guitar, composer
- Oleksandr Yavdyk — drums
- Anna Ryzhova — bass guitar
In their music, the trio values freedom, trust, and depth of meaning. The new compositions to be performed at the concert are united by the theme of physical phenomena. The program will also include two free improvisations reflecting the musicians’ emotional state in the moment and serving as a response to recent events.
“In fundamental times, one wants to create fundamental music,” — says drummer Oleksandr Yavdyk.
