Rent and Cooperation

Here you’ll find the key information that will help you understand the Art Center functions and our options for providing rent or realizing the idea of cooperation. If the requirements below are suitable for you, please fill out the form below.

For rent, we offer three spaces: the Auditorium, AIR Space, and Novo 1. Descriptions and photos are available in the section below.

Rental Terms:

• The minimum rental time for the Auditorium and Novo 1 is 3 hours; for AIR Space – 1 hour.
• A discount system applies for space bookings.
• Payments are cashless with 100% prepayment required.
• If an event is canceled less than 48 hours before the scheduled time, no refunds will be issued.
• Prepared technical rider
• We do not collaborate with religious or political organizations.
• We provide the space for rent only and do not offer event organization services.
• We work exclusively with our catering partners, Jam Cafe and Jam Bar, for coffee breaks and lunches.

A response regarding the possibility of hosting your event will take from 2 to 10 business days.

The art center team annually plans program activities consisting of visual, performative, musical, educational, and community-oriented directions. Curators are assigned to each of them and will consider your proposals and ideas for cooperation. Keep in mind that the curators are already working on implementing this year’s projects, so cooperation is likely provided if your proposal is unique and the team is available.

It is important to remember that the art center does not provide individual art exhibitions. You can take part in the art center’s exhibition projects by open competition, if one is provided, or by invitation of the curatorial group.

The auditorium is a space for discussions, lectures, music, and performative events. Accommodates up to 77 people sitting and up to 100 standing.

Rental price: from UAH 2,500 with VAT per hour (107 sq.m.).

Novo 1 has the largest area and technical support for theatrical performances, film screenings, lectures, etc. It is next to the AIR Space and can accommodate up to 60 people seated.

Price: starting from 2000 UAH/hour (VAT included; minimum rental duration is 3 hours).

Air Space (artist-in-residence-space) is a multidisciplinary space that combines an art workshop for residences with a cozy courtyard for meetings and communication, located at the address Mekhanichna 5. Workshops, lectures, discussions, and film screenings can be organized here. 

Price: starting from 1500 UAH/hour (VAT included; rental available from 1 hour).

Area: 75.2 sq.m.

Capacity: 20–25 people.

Jam Cafe is a bistro where familiar ingredients are presented with a fresh twist. Here, you can order catering tailored to your event. The dishes we offer are a natural extension of our main menu. Share your preferences with us — the number of guests, type of event, culinary tastes, and more — and our restaurant manager will prepare a personalized proposal for you.

Jam Bar is an intimate, contact-style bar located on the third floor of a historic tower, complete with a terrace offering views of Vysokyi Zamok. Our bar features a curated selection of signature cocktails, meticulously crafted pre-mixes, and infusions. We flavor spirits with butter, mushrooms, fruits, and herbs while employing zero-waste production methods. The bar’s unique ambiance is enhanced by its design: aged wooden beams, soft lighting, and a cozy fireplace.

• Parking lot for cars (72 spaces, including 6 accessible): 5 Novoznesenska Street. Parking rate: 10 UAH/hour
• Electric vehicle charging station and bike parking: 3 Mekhanichna Street
• In case of an air raid alert, we kindly ask you to use the shelters available on the art center’s premises.
