Rent and Cooperation

Here you’ll find the key information that will help you understand the Art Center functions and our options for providing rent or realizing the idea of cooperation. If the requirements below are suitable for you, please fill out the form below.

Three spaces are available for rent, descriptions, and photos of which can be viewed in the section below. They are only available on dates that are not booked for our events. We may refuse to rent if the event does not meet the institution’s policy and criteria:

• We do not provide for cooperation with religious and political organizations;
• The request for the event must be left at least 3-4 weeks before the date of the event so that the team has time to process it;
• Please allow 2 to 10 working days for a response regarding the possibility of implementing the event, depending on the complexity of the request.
• When filling out the form, be as detailed as possible about your request, which will speed up the processing and response process.

Terms of lease:

• payment by the hour, the minimum number of rental hours is 3 hours;
• the presence of a technical rider;
• non-cash payments only;
• 100% payment in advance;
• no refunds will be made if the event is canceled less than 48 hours in advance.

The art center team annually plans program activities consisting of visual, performative, musical, educational, and community-oriented directions. Curators are assigned to each of them and will consider your proposals and ideas for cooperation. Keep in mind that the curators are already working on implementing this year’s projects, so cooperation is likely provided if your proposal is unique and the team is available.

It is important to remember that the art center does not provide individual art exhibitions. You can take part in the art center’s exhibition projects by open competition, if one is provided, or by invitation of the curatorial group.

The auditorium is a space for discussions, lectures, music, and performative events. Accommodates up to 77 people sitting and up to 100 standing.

Rental price: from UAH 2,500 with VAT per hour (107 sq.m.).

Air Space (artist-in-residence-space) is a multidisciplinary space that combines an art workshop for residences with a cozy courtyard for meetings and communication, located at the address Mekhanichna 5. Workshops, lectures, discussions, and film screenings can be organized here. Accommodates 20-30 people.

Price: from UAH 2,000 with VAT per hour (75.2 sq.m.).

Novo 1 has the largest area and technical support for theatrical performances, film screenings, lectures, etc. Novo 1 is next to the AIR Space. Accommodates up to 60 people seated.

(Ua) JAM CAFE — це бістро, де знайомі продукти подано в нових інтерпретаціях. Європейсько-українські страви з азійськими нотами та сучасні подачі від бренд-шефині мережі 23.Ресторани Олени Жаботинської. Для нас важлива сезонність продукту, якість, натуральність — обираємо фермерські продукти від локальних виробників. Також, велику увагу приділяємо роботі з продуктом власного виробництва: складники страв ми маринуємо, самі печемо випічку і хліб, а фірмовий джем з двадцяти трьох ягід доступний на полицях крамнички кафе.
В Jam Cafe ви можете замовити кейтеринг, який пасуватиме до вашої події. Страви, які ми пропонуємо є логічним продовженням нашого основного меню. Розкажіть нам свої побажання: кількість гостей, тип події, смакові вподобання, тощо і менеджер ресторану підготує для вас індивідуальну пропозицію.

JAM BAR — це камерний контактний бар на третьому поверсі історичної вежі та тераса з видом на Високий Замок. Наш бар — це добірка авторських коктейлів, детально пропрацьовані заготовки та премікси. Ми настоюємо алкоголь на маслі, грибах, фруктах та травах, а також використовуємо безвідходні методи виробництва. Особливу атмосферу бару створює інтер’єр — це старі дерев’яні балки, приглушене світло та камін.

• На території артцентру є паркінг для легкових авто (72 місця + 6 інклюзивних), заїзд на паркінг зі сторони вул. Новознесенська, 5. Парковка платна 10 грн / год
• Назовні території артцентру є зарядна станція електрокарів, заїзд з вул. Механічна 3
• Також до нас веде зручна велодоріжка та паркінг для велосипедів під наглядом відеокамер вул. Механічна 3 
• Головний пішохідний вхід артцентру— вул. Богдана Хмельницького, 124
• У випадку повітряної тривоги ми просимо скористатись укриттями, які доступні на території артцентру.
